Stalls: All participants are required to have a stall. Stalls are $15.00 for a day stall or $25.00 for an overnight stall. One bag of shavings will also need to be purchased from the NEC. ($7.75 per bag)
Reservations: To place your stall reservation and shavings orders for the 2010 show season please contact Sissie Merrill @ 636.441.8102. If no anwer, please clearly state your name, call back number and number of horse and tack stalls needed. Pre-registration should be done by 9:00 p.m. on Thursday for Saturday shows or 9:00 p.m. on Friday for Sunday shows.
Check-in Times: In order to effectively manage stall assignments, all stalls will be locked until the participant or their agent arrives. Upon arrival, please check in at the Stall Reservations table and follow the procedures below. The Stall Reservations desk will be open the following hours:
5:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. ~ Night before show and 7:30 a.m. through end of English ~ Day of show
If you are unable to arrive during these times, please contact Sissie Merrill @ 636.441.8102 in advance of the show date to make alternative arrangements.
Arrival With Stall Reservations
1. Proceed to the designated barn area (Barn 7 for shows in Arena B; Barn 1 for shows in Arena A)
2. Check in at the Stall Reservations table in the main aisle. Your stall numbers will be confirmed and a designated key holder will open your stalls and present you with a stall check-in receipt. KEEP THIS RECIEPT! Show entries will not be accepted without your receipt so please do not lose it.
3. Any shavings that you have pre-ordered will already by in your stalls. If you need additional shavings please let them know at the Stall Reservation table and they will order them for you.
4. When you go to the Show Office to make your show entries, take your stall receipt, completed entry forms and payment for stalls, tack stalls and shavings. All stall information will be recorded and paid with your entries.
Arrival Without Stall Reservations
1. Proceed to the designated barn area (Barn 7 for shows in Arena B; Barn 1 for shows in Arena A)2. Go to the Stall Reservations table in the main aisle. You will be assigned stall numbers and can order shavings (1 bag minimum per horse stall required).
