About Us
The purpose of the Mid Rivers Saddle Club is to:
- To promote education, enjoyment, and sportsmanship through competitive events for horses and their owners.
- To provide an economical venue for members of all abilities and skill levels that serves as a training ground for youth, beginner and Adult riders striving to improve their skills in multiple events.
- To support TREEhouse of Greater St. Louis (equine assisted therapy programs for individuals with disabilities) through specialty classes at MRSC shows, financial support and other fundraising events.
- To promote youth activities for young horsemen and horsewomen through the MRSC Youth Club which encourages sportsmanship, horsemanship and high moral character among its junior members.
Current MRSC members in good standing have the ability to submit Bylaw Change Requests at any time from January 1st through to the last show (Sunday, October 8, 2023). Please use the form below to make a request for bylaw changes. The Bylaw Review Committee meets in late October/early November to review all forms submitted for possible changes for the next year.
Current MRSC members in good standing have the ability to nominate MRSC officers and board members for 2024. Nominations must be submitted by October 28, 2023. Individuals nominated must accept nominations before being put onto the election ballot.
Current MRSC members in good standing also have the ability to give feedback and offer suggestions to help make our shows the best that they can be!
