As a 501c7 Social Club, all show exhibitors must be members of MRSC.
Members in good standing have voting rights as outlined in our bylaws.
Members showing their horse will earn points (with horse nomination) toward year-end awards. For all of our classes, we crown a class champion and reserve champion, and we present awards to the top 6 exhibitors of each class. Points are calculated for end of the year awards. In addition to membership, horse nominations are necessary in order for points to accrue.
Division High Point and Reserve Championships are awarded in the following divisions:
- Beginner W/T
- Small Fry W/T
- Youth 13 & Under W/T
- 14+/Adult W/T
- Select W/T
- Youth 18 & Under
- Youth Ranch W/T
- Adult Ranch W/T
- Youth Ranch
- Adult Ranch
MRSC offers the following membership levels for our exhibitors for 2023:
Youth ($25), Individual ($35) and Family ($50 for 3 members, $15 for each additional member)
The Membership Application includes all of the following:
- Membership Application
- Release of Liability Forms for MRSC and NEC
- Begginer Affidavit (if this applies to you)
- Division Nominations for yearend awards
- Online Payment for Membership and Nominations
To participate in our 2023 Year End awards program, each horse/rider team must be nominated. We offer two nomination routes – self nominated or business sponsored.
- Nomination forms (self or business sponsored) MUST be submitted prior to your first show. End of the year award points will not calculate until these forms are received and associated fees paid.
- If multiple riders are showing a single horse, each rider and horse combination will need separate nomination fees with the exclusion of lead line riders.
- If you will participate in multiple divisions and would like to earn Year End Awards in each, nominations are required for each division for which you would like to receive yearend awards.
- We encourage all of our participants to solicit outside Business Sponsors and Show Sponsors.
- If you have a Business Sponsorhsip, please indicate this on your Membership Application.
Division nominations are included in the Membership Application above. However, if you would pay for your nominations separate from your membership, or if you would like to add a division after you’ve submitted the Membership Application, please fill out the Nomination Form below.
Once you have completed the Nomination Form, it will prompt you for online payment.
